SARC Walk a Mile in Their Shoes

There is an old saying: "You can't really understand another person's experience until you've walked a mile in their shoes. Walk a Mile in Their Shoes events ask men to literally walk one mile in women's high-heeled shoes. It's not easy but it's a playful opportunity to rally support in our community and raise awareness about the causes, effects and remedies for sexual assault and domestic violence. This event raises funds for SARC which provides resources, hope, and healing to victims of violence in Harford County.
